I haven't seen you in forever, what have you been up to? That's a phrase I use or hear many times when I run into someone I haven't seen in a while. I feel that way about blogging right now. There's so much going on I want to write about and share. The garden, critters, weather, life! are all exploding with activity. Unfortunately, circumstances beyond my control are eating into my writing time. Believe me, that hurts me more than it bothers you!
Right now some of my family members are dealing with serious health issues. And while I'm still able to care for the critters, other things are falling behind while I run people to doctor visits. Eggs and milk are piling up in the fridge. Roving is waiting to be spun. The dust bunnies are multiplying like, well, like rabbits. Plus we have been on the receiving end of several large downpours with more on the way. So stuff outside is growing out of control, And even if I had time to mow, it's too wet to even try. You should see my roses, iris's, and peonies, though!
I'm sure things are going to calm down soon. But until then the writing is on the back burner. I'll check in as often as I can. And I'd appreciate your prayers.
