After I woke up to a mess of stuff that needed fixed because of the horrific winds, I spent the morning hauling extra straw for bedding, feeding the rabbits extra hay, and filling up extra buckets of water (for critters and people) in case the power goes out. The oil lamps are full, soup is simmering on the back burner, coffee is roasted and the stove top percolator has been found! The electronics are all on their chargers. All of that stuff is done!!
My record of predicting the weather is hit and miss. But according to the same odds of rain falling after I wash my car, the predicted winter weather will probably totally miss me now. If you live in my area, you can thank me later. :)
