An Apple A Day....

....will make a fat, unhealthy rabbit. But once in a while a treat is in order!

This is one of the rabbits we bought to grow out and butcher. But once we discovered that the rabbit we bought as a buck for breeding was in fact a doe, all the male growing rabbits got a reprieve. So this little guy is waiting for his turn to prove he can get the job done. It's still too hot (c'mon autumn already!) for breeding but I think he's enjoying his time off-apples and all!
