is full!
Which means a)no more stocking up on milk, b)no more giant economy size bottles of ketchup, and c)it's time to use up some eggs! I would be happy to just give a few away but my extended family has stopped answering the door when they see me pull up with egg cartons. One of my kids actually likes to receive free eggs from mom but it seems lately, he's been egg overloaded. My goodness, even our church family has started pulling the "quick handshake, duck, and run" when we walk in the door with extra eggs! I've been thinking about naming our place "the Bubba Gump Egg Factory." We've had boiled eggs, egg salad, scrambled eggs, baked eggs, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, quiche, scrambled eggs, omelets, scrambled eggs, etc....
I know we aren't the only ones who are drowning in eggs (well, that's a pleasant thought, hmm?) because I'm seeing it on other blogs. So if you are wondering how to use up your excess eggs, hop on over to This Little Place Here and check out Kris' recipe! It sounds wonderful to me...
