Yesterday, I shared with you that I really enjoy the Homestead Revival blog. Not too long ago she hosted a giveaway for a company called Pantry Paratus. The prize was a movie called Back to Eden. I had been trying to watch that video online but our internet is so slow that it was impossible to see it. So I threw my name in the pot and won!!!
The dvd arrived yesterday-so guess what DH and I watched last night?!! It was a great movie!! I highly recommend it and can't wait to watch it again. (Then I promise I will let my friends borrow it.) Thank you very much Homestead Revival and Pantry Paratus!!
But that's not all. As I was getting ready to post this, I realized that I had been remiss in thanking someone else for another giveaway I had participated in. See, back in November I won a book - a really wonderful book- that I had wanted to read for a long time. I WON it!!!! Someone took the time to post it on their blog, draw my name, and ship it to me for free! I am so blessed to find blogs like the one Sharon writes at Fitzgerald's Family Farm and I am a loyal follower. How it slipped my mind to publicly thank her for the book is beyond my comprehension. But I did and I am so sorry.
