The backyard ladies society is getting outfitted in new "aprons" thanks to the sewing talents of my mom! A certain rooster is reported to be puzzled by his ladies' new attire. I'm sure he would be appreciative if he realized the other option (rooster stew.) We just can't have our hens being tortured by his overzealous attentions.
